Regency Square Cluster is a community of ninety patio homes clustered on 27 acres in the Lake Anne district of the planned community of Reston in Fairfax County, Virginia, USA.

Reston is located along the Dulles Toll Road, about ten miles east of Dulles International Airport. Regency Square Cluster is located two miles north of the Toll Road and a MetroRail Station to the airport and to Washington DC. Our community is served by two bus companies and sixty miles of paved paths.
